"Detect connection again..." ,no wifi/wan green icons, but not seeing issues

Alright... please ignore. It eventually worked after I started to go to the network setup wizard and then came back. Weird.
EDIT: actually, I had F12 chrome tools open when I did it the first time. Came back, it showed the same issue. Did Ctrl + F5 and it fixed it, so it looks like some sort of page caching issue.
