How is the device turned off completely? Did you physically remove power to the Marstek device so it no longer receives power of any kind? Or did you just use a shutdown button or similar process on the device without removing power from the device?

Many devices draw power even when "turned off". More than a few devices will go into "standby mode" when turned off. The standby mode may keep various components including networking (WiFi) components active in low power mode so the device can quickly come out of standby mode and connect to the local network.

Check the user manual for the Marstek device to see if it indicates being put into standby mode when turned off. Sometimes a device may have two separate methods of shutting the device down; standby mode and power off mode.
