Directory automatically changes asus merlin

Hi i am facing a problem where i have a drive formatted with 2 partition
Partition 1 - ext2 (Name - Disk) mounts as normal
Partition 2 - NTFS(Name - Pen) it gets mounted sometimes as Pen and sometimes as Pen(1) varies after reboot

this gives me a problem as my clients (Transmission,Pyload) can no longer download files as directory is changed

how to fix this error

switch to usb2 only and speeds have improved a lot
