Did as you suggested, applied, and rebooted router. Protocol is still showing.Go to the Administration - Tweaks page and disable Asusnat tunnel.

It's part of mdns. There's no menu option to shut it down so you'd have to run the following to temporarily disable it (along with the rest of mDNS):

So in looking at my system log after reboots, i see this: Service "" (/tmp/avahi/services/alexa.service) successfully established. I searched about the Alexa service, but everything i find, is about people **wanting** it to work, but having issues with their IoT devices NOT connecting. I have...www.snbforums.com
All settings were as you stated. Still shows Alexa TCPAlso check the Amazon Alexa page on the RT-AX86U Pro to see if it was enabled previously.
Check the Administration > Policy page to see if anything there mentions Alexa. If it does click the Withdraw button (if any) on the one mentioning Alexa.
Make sure to disable the Administration > System > Remote Access Config > Enable Web Access from WAN option.
And disable WAN > DDNS, if not using DDNS.
