Disconnected Client Blinks on Client List

There is a device on my network that I know for a fact is disconnected, but it will still appear on the client map. The client blinks in and out as if it was disconnecting, but when it does reappear every 30 sec or so, the access time has continued to count up as if it was never gone. Very peculiar and interfering with my home automation. Any suggestions?

Look at the Wireless Log page, which shows live data rather than cached data like the networkmap does. If it appears on the Wireless Log page, then the device is definitely still connected or attempting to.
