Hello. I am using Diversion 4.1.12 and Asuswrt 386.2.6. I have one PC that does not have banner ads blocked (an example is speedtest.net). I am using both Edge and Firefox with no ad blocking apps installed on any pc (wired pc, others with ads blocked are both wired and wireless plus cell phone). I went over every setting on the router and found nothing related to that pc. I reset the router, re-installed diversion with the same result.

Does this make any sense? I cannot see what I have overlooked and its driving me nuts.

thanks guys

What is the output of "ipconfig /all" on the PC (assuming it's windows), are the DNS settings showing the router? Or some other DNS?
Ex. some VPN software will change the DNS settings to point to the VPN providers DNS servers.

Next, did you check if either of the browsers has DoH enabled? In FF those are under "Network Settings | Enable DNS over HTTPS", that box should not be checked. I don't use Edge so can't help with that.

You went over the router settings, but what about the computer's settings? Have you checked to see how the computer's configured (IP address, DNS servers, security software, VPN software, etc.)? Could be that computer (or the software on it) is configured to bypass the router/Diversion.

Here it the output trying two different adapters.

Good call. I totally overlooked the PC.

Nothing jumps out, all the DNS servers are listed as 1.1 which is your router. I'd disable one of the network cards and turn off IPv6 (unless you really need it) and test again
