DIY NAS power supply choice?

Need a high-efficiency, low-wattage PSU for a DIY NAS build. Have personally identified the following choices so far:

1. PicoPSU (90W or 120W)
2. Sparkle Power SPI220LE (220W, 80-plus certified)
3. Sparkle Power SPI250EP (250W, 80-plus certified)

Any other good ones that I should consider? Thanks.
