DNS-Based Filter ?

Hello,
I'm using the DNS-based filter and wanted to know the proper way to setup each of the 3 custom ones. I'm assuming the Custom (user-defined) DNS 1 = Custom 1 in the drop down. but how do i define the primary and secondary IP's , there is only a spot for one IP. Can i only use one IP? or do i use a ( , or : ) to seperate them?
