Dowload Master upload speed reset to 40 kb/s limit after 1 minute

Hi! For quite a long time I have a weird issue with download master. No matter what upload speed limit I setup or even if upload speed limit is off the setting works for 1 minute, then upload speed limit reverts back to 40 kb/s I reinstalled DM many times and tried different Merlin builds but this bug is still here. Is there any way to fix this? Maybe there's a way to edit limits settings manually by modifying setting file?

I got some comments from ASUS support concerning this issue. Here they are.

That should be correct behavior, when system free memory less than min_free_kbytes*3 then upload speed will be limited by 40KB/s, in order to prevent Linux OOM killer kicked in.

Current RT-AC56Umin_free_kbytes should be 14336 KB. Thus in this case got limited.

I discovered that pressing Refresh in DM browser tab or modifying upload limit setting (which actually also reloads webpage) frees up about 150 mb of RAM. That makes DM upload at full speed. But in a few seconds free ram reduces to 50 mb that triggers upload limit. Is it normal? Why so many RAM is consumed in such a short time if no new process oe tasks run?

Here is a RAM consumption graph after DM webpage refresh. Somethings quickly eats all free RAM.

I made a following test: set upload limit to 40 kb and watched RAM consumtion. It was all the same. No matter what is upload speed DM eats all available RAM until 50 mb is left. There's a RAM leakage I guess.
