Looks like Asus released a new firmware for this device on 2013/7/12:

ASUS EA-N66 Firmware version 1.0.1.8f
1. Adjusted Networkmap display and function.
2. Adjusted UI display.
3. Add DHCP Override control function in Repeater/AP/Adapter mode to disable the DHCP server function as EA-N66 does not connect to parent AP.
4. Optimized connection setting in EA mode.
5. Optimized QIS process.
6. Fixed DNS related bugs.
7. Fixed password setting bugs in repeat mode.
8. Fixed time zone issue.
9. Fixed radius server issue.

Have you guys noticed that you cannot update to the latest firmware on start up as it takes you to the setup screen, I had to update to the latest firmware after I made the connection to the Internet.
