Enabled IPv6 on AC68U. What now?

I was able to enable IPv6 on my AC68U with Comcast. I tested it on Comcast test page and it confirmed everything was setup and working.

So is there more to this setup? Are all clients on my home network now using IPv6? Do I need to switch over my manually assigned IP addresses to IPv6? How?
