Frustrated by wireless modem reboots 3-4 times/day

I have had 4 different modem/wireless routers from 3 different vendors over a period of 3 years using Suddenlink. Three of them were my own purchase and one was a rental from Suddenlink. All of them reboot several times a day from 2 to 8 times, and the one I have now is 2-3 times a day. When I say reboot, I mean the 2g and 5g networks go away and reappear a couple minutes later. After they reappear, it takes another 3-4 minutes before I am connected to the internet again so each outage is about 6 minutes or so.

This is the current modem: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0764HVN5J/?tag=snbforums-20

For a long time I thought it was something at Suddenlink but each modem has it's own outage frequency and I am now thinking it might be something in my network. My network has 6 windows PC's all using DHCP on Window 10, 3 iOS devices, 1 smart TV, 1 access point, and 1 wireless printer. I also use 2 wireless connected Raspberry Pi's to control my sprinkler and misting systems. The only hiccup in this network is one of the PC's frequently complains about an IP address conflict. I have tried many different web suggestions to fixing that but none help. At this point, there are NO devices using a fixed IP address. and the only hard wired device via Ethernet cable is the access point.

What might cause this and how can I troubleshoot this problem?

What is the modem's log saying? Do you see the link light turning off during the disconnections?

When the wireless drops out, is the modem actually re-booting and re-acquiring ISP connection or is it just the wireless goes away but a wired connection is ok ?

Has the ISP cable plant been checked out by the ISP for proper grounding and shielding into your house up to the demarcation point ?
When you had their modem, did they check the cable installation up to the modem ?

What do the cable modem logs say ?
You might post a listing that traverses one of these events.

Is your modem/router plugged into a UPS ?
You might be seeing power droops that the modem power brick cannot handle. A large motor (AC/Heater system maybe ) turning on can cause this. It can also inject noise spikes in to the power system. Other motors might depending on how loaded your house power is.

If you keep the PC with IP conflict messages unplugged , does the modem/router (rebooting ?) issue go away ?

I don't actually know about that. I will check the next time it goes out by connecting my PC to the AP.
Suddenlink has replaced the connection from a little way down the street and the part under ground twice. They claim the signal is perfect at the modem.

THIS IS SOMETHING I NEVER THOUGHT OF!!! UPS is on order!!!

Sorry, I should have mentioned in the OP that I shut that down and it did not help.

There isn't much in the modem system log. I have never cleared it and everything is dated today. Here it is:
