GeForce NOW recommended routers for the best cloud gaming experiences (nvidia.com)
Just a marketing gimmick IMHO (for Asus that's the whole "ROG" branding). AFAICT Asus' GeForce NOW support is a pre-set QoS profile for gaming and some pre-defined port forwarding rules (which you don't need if you have UPnP enabled).

If your router supports QoS and you know how to configure it. It's a bit like how Asus advertise certain router models as "PS5 Compatible" or "Windows 11 Ready", it's meaningless.

which begs the question - exactly 'who' is getting gamed?...I like enabling QoS via Gear Accelerator! This is where serious QoS is on Asus gaming routers.
