help...cannot delete user in OpenVPN setup on Merlin for

I enabled the OpenVpn serve #1 on my RT-AC5300, but it wont let me delete the pupster username...the add/delete area shows a "-" but no way to click on it. Can I delete the preferences file? If so, where is the location? Thanks.

You cannot delete the router's admin user, it's there by default.

Can the admin user really log in to the VPN? What's the password for it? Doesn't seem to be the router admin password...

It's the router admin password, as long you do enable username-based authentication.
