Help me identify an unknown client

There is a client listed for my RT-AC68U that I do not recognize. I've renamed my other five devices so that I can quickly identify them in the client status list. I know I could just block its internet access and wait for something to stop working, but I'm leery about shutting things off. It's a Cybertan Technology device, but they make a ton of different products. So is there a better way to identify this device? Thanks.

What other types of devices (besides PCs and phones/tablets) do you have in your house? TV, security system, light bulbs, garage door opener, etc.?

Leave your front door key under the mat so we came come over and find all your devices and identify it for you

I searched the company name and the two possibilities were security panels and HiSense products.
