How can I test the strength of my MOCA network?

I do a lot of media streaming, and recently set up a MOCA network to try to enhance the experience.

What's a good way to see what kind of actual throughput I'm getting? I realize it's rated for 270MBps, but how can I see what the "real world" numbers are? I wonder if I can consider starting to stream full 1080p high bit-rate rips.
