How do I fix this Traffic Monitor mess?

Traffic spike fix from 384.14_2 was reverted in 386.1
Please test the builds in the Kernel Patch folder here: https://www.asuswrt-merlin.net/test-builds Does the patch not apply to the RT-AC88U? I don’t see a build for that model. Is the AC88U not a HND model?
