I don't know. The RT-AC1300UHP is the same as the RT-AC58U so maybe look at LEDE.

Can I use this firmware for RT-AC58u to enable dual wan? Further, 3.0.0.4_380 seems to be the old firmware? Do you the modified version for the new firmware 3.0.0.4_382-*****? Or if you have some online instructions, I will be able to modify myself.

peter23 modded this version. To install mod version, you would downgrade RT-AC58U/RT-AC1300UHP to 3.0.0.4_380_8347 after upgrade to mod version.
I just searching, using and share if useful.
