If I'm using my ISP's native IPv6, why is my WAN address in Merlin IPv4?

I suspect there's some arcane logic to this, but if the majority of my client devices are showing up on the router with v6 addresses, why wouldn't the WAN address on Merlin's main page be v6?
 
I'm going to look into getting the UI/firmware to toggle somehow...hmmm...
