Internet Speed Test Servers not correct for my location.

Wondering why the speed test servers are from UK when my location is New Hampshire, USA.
Using curl https://geo.ipify.org/api/v2/country?apiKey=XXXXXXXX responds correctly for location and isp.

It could be that the IP range your ISP is assigning to you was recently transferred from the UK, and the country db's haven't caught up yet?

Wish that were the case, I could request an update from speedtest for my ip's location. I have had this same IP since
last November when I switched to my internet provider.
Running speedtest on my windows desktop connected to the router list servers from around my location.
Using the API I posted earlier or https://whatismyipaddress.com/ both return the same local location (city,state,country).
for my IP.

Using the router web app and navigating to Adaptive QoS/Internet Speed or by running at command line.
The server list is the same.

Over IPv4 with NAT, I don’t know how the PC and router can be interpreted differently if coming from the same public IPv4 address. Maybe they ignore the “New” in “New England”…

They are not different comparing apples to apples. Using the Geo location api I get the same results on both PC and router.
