Limiting Connection Bandwidth help, newbie

New Around Here
Hello everyone, I am new to this forum. I tried searching for my solution online and found lots of videos on how to set my router QOS and such, but I don't think it has answered my questions entirely and this forum looked very knowledgeable. I have an ASUS 1900 that I am using at my events to broadcast Wifi for my guests. The down speed is 50 MBPS, and I have around 50-60 guests that connect to the router. Here is what I want to do, please let me know if it's feasible and how I can do this.

1) Set a maximum download/upload limit for each connection
2) No streaming, torrent, netflix, etc on any connection; just for browsing and emails
3) Is there a way to have a single network name for 2.4 and 5ghz, and the router automatically assigns people to either one upon which is less congested?

The top two are my biggest concerns really. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. No AFAIK.
3. Smart Connect if your router supports it. That would be close enough to what you're asking, but I believe your expectations are not achievable...least congested is not something that can be easily defined...at one point a channel can be busy and the other may be not that much, but there's no client migration based on this criteria.

Thanks Drabisan. To clarify, I don't want to limit each connection differently. I just want a flat designated down/up speed for each connection. So basically, if I have 30 connections on the router, I want each one to be limited to 3mbps up/down each. Is that still a No?

And if no, what would your best approach be to this situation? How can I setup the router strictly for browsing/email and not allow streaming or other high bandwidth things.

There's no mechanism for throttling speed.
You may be able on enterprise APs to set the maximum connection speed. I'm yet to see such option on any home router.
Regarding blocking streaming, don't know, traffic analyser? Or parent control? I haven't played with either so I don't know if that's even possible.
