I run a small business and have a cable line into the business.

i have the virgin router which is fine, but wanted to have a solution like the dream machine (router & wifi ceiling spots via Ethernet cables) but at a lower cost option

I have 10 employees and just wanted to see if you have any advice.

Not enough information provided for an advice. What's the speed of your ISP connection and what WAN traffic is expected? What the employees are doing on this network and what LAN traffic they generate? How big is the area you need to cover with Wi-Fi? Do you have wired devices and how many? How many wireless devices are expected to be active at the same time? What network protection you would like to have? Are you going to build the new network yourself or using a contractor? That means - what's the networking knowledge level and what are you comfortable with? The hardware you need may range from zero to thousands.
