Looking for a 2x3.5" + 1x5.25" Mini-ITX case

What mini-itx cases are available that can hold 2x3.5" drives and 1x5.25" drive (BD-drive)?

I have found this one:

I want to use it as a small NAS (2xdrives 1.5TB each) and use it as a HTPC (ION board and a BluRay drive).

Don't know if it is anygood but the other day i came across this case while searching for a atom sever case.

Looks cheaply built for the money to me but the design is awsome.
