losing internet connection for 30 seconds and than back, WIFI SIGNAL AND LAN ARE OK

My internet connection will dissapear for 30 seconds and than will re connect.

My WIFI signal is the same, only yellow triangle in wifo symbol will appear, as said only for 30 seconds.
My LAN connection is working well at the same time of losing internet connection.

in log this is the error :

A lot of things could be causing your problem. Here's an incomplete list. None of them may be the cause:

• You ISP is unreliable at your location
• Your wireless lan card in your laptop is bad (assuming you are using a laptop)
• the driver for your network card has a problem
• The arp cache in your pc needs to be cleaned (ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew)
• the router firmware should be updated
• the cable modem is bad
• the motherboard on your desktop has a bad lan port.
• wireless interference, change the channel on your wireless connection
• wireless interference, stop using the microwave
• reset your router using the pin hole on the back and reload your configuration
• the router is broken
