I have been using Microsoft's Security software with APP & browser control turned on and QUAD9 DNS, 9.9.9.9, for a few months and I have been real happy on my new laptop using Windows 10 2004.
Prior to Windows 10 2004 I thought uBlock Origin worked well with Microsoft's security. I had to use the Ad blocker to stop PUP/PUA from being written to my system.
