Merlin firmware anyway to change parental control without web using gui

I am using the parental control settings and i want to enable/disable settings for a user easily and quickly without using the web gui. Is there anyway to do this. For example, i could setup a job on the router to check for a specific actions and then do the operation through software...

Thanks for any suggestion
