New Around Here
Can anyone share which routers are supported for Merlin? I looked at ASUS Merlin website but saw a short list. Wanted to confirm whether any of the newer routers are supported.
Specifically, the following (bolded ones in particular):

RT-AX82U
RT-AX86U
RT-AX89X

RT-AX92U
ROG Rapture GT-AX11000

Thanks,

List of supported devices
  • RT-AC66U_B1 (use the RT-AC68U firmware)
  • RT-AC68U, RT-AC68P, RT-AC68UF
  • RT-AC2900 (use the RT-AC86U firmware)
  • RT-AC1900 & RT-AC1900P (use the RT-AC68U firmware)
  • RT-AC3200
  • RT-AC86U
  • RT-AC87U
  • RT-AC88U
  • RT-AC3100
  • RT-AC5300
  • RT-AX88U
  • RT-AX56U
  • RT-AX58U
  • RT-AX3000 (use the RT-AX58U firmware)

The list on the website is accurate.

If the router is not on the list and it's not a direct variant of an existing one (for example, the RT-AC68W is just a white version of the RT-AC68U), then it's not supported.

I have a Netgear AC1900 which appear to be supported by build RT-AC68U firmware. Do you know if the latest version of Asuswrt-Marlin firmware bypass the limit preventing upgrades/downgrades through their web firmware update?
