I've been seeing some weirdness in the last few days with downloads stalling on some of my clients.

Download would start as normal then stall after just a few MB downloaded.
I've noticed this while trying to download a large MS KB as well as downloading XBox One Live game updates.

I do have lots of settings up in place so whipping the device and starting from scratch is far from ideal...
I do use QoS with Gaming mode enabled.

Wondering if anyone has ever experience this before and what their fix was.

Got this figured out. If anyone has issues, I found that the DNS filtering was causing it.
For some reason clients that were setup to use no filtering were having problems.
Forcing it to use a custom filter (pointed at google public dns) seemed to get this resolved.

Id get this with the ps4 when downloading games.
I also never used filtering.
Download would start off well then start to slow down to a crawl.
Id change the dns server int he ps4 and when i found one which kicked the rate back up id leave it ...then it would slow down again.

SO thanks.
I run ddwrt for one week on my spare router and this week im due to run merlin on the ac88u.
So will test that again.
