multiple AP or enterprise ApP

Hi guys I have a 3 floor house and I am looking for some advice hope you can help me out. I have a Asus rt AC87U on the 3 floor in the computer/server room that covers the floor fine, now I am looking for a good solution for the 2 and 1 floor and am between these options

1 buy TP-Link dual band routers switch them to ap mode and put 1 in each room (gigabit back bone wired)
2 Install 1 TP-Link dual band on each floor (wired gigabit )
3 use xclaim xi3 AP or unifi AC if 1 covers both floors I will leave 1 and if not put 1 on each floor.
