NEED HELP! Nat not working on school working but private addresses are

Hello, I am a tech for Morton School district and on Friday we had a power outage. Our head tech support came in and reset the servers with no issues. This morning however the High School is experiencing major issues. The computers that use Nat are not working (runs on 10.10.20.xx) and our privately addressed computers (169.204.219.xx) are able to connect just fine. The school pissed off our head tech and he quit. I am a college student in training and don't have enough experience to fix this issue on my own. Please help!

Both on the Nat side.

If all computers have internet connection, there is a router / gateway somewhere. The computers on the 10.10.20.XXX network must have their gateway and DNS pointed to it.

School pissed off your head tech, is this the same head tech that was the one fixing the other issues?

Honestly, the best, fastest and easiest way to get this fixed is to find someone who knows what they're doing locally and let them get their hands on it (with supervision of course). Trying to fix a school district network that's down for what could be a number of reasons via online forums is going to be painful.
