Need instructions on compiling Merlin rom

Hi everybody,I need to compile for my device, but I can find very few instructions.If anyone has complete instructions on how to translate, please send it to me.
My device information:
HAR-20S2U
CPU:MediaTek MT7621AT
Ram 236MB
Rom 128MBWLAN
Hardware:MediaTek MT7905DAN + MT7975DN
WLAN 2.4GHz:b/g/n/ax
WLAN 5.0GHz:a/n/ac/ax
WAN : 1x 1G
LAN : 3x 1G
