Need new Wireless router Which One? I am confused.Please Help.

I can not get into teh router at all the Address when put into a address bar sends you to a TWC search page. I use wireless to surf the net and play games on line and watch Netflix, not sure ifthats what you mean. I have a printer on line also that I can print from.
