Has anyone received AC68U from the Newegg's new batch yet?
Wondering what's their H/W version.
I don't think they would have enough time to make any hardware changes but you never know...

I think most ppl are complaining about VPN, portfoward, Time Machine on new fw. or maybe hw issue.

None of these issues are hardware-specific, it's pure software.

my local fry's out stock couple days ago, but i just checked yesterday they have plenty in stock again and i checks at least ten box still A1. So like i said before for those who waiting i don't think it happen anytime soon. so far i'm happy with mine, loaded with 339 built.

i am using merlin build, no problem.
WIFI strength is ok, still no reception in my garage and out side garage.
Garage is only 30 ft from my computer room.

Answering my own question
Just received the new one form Newegg, H/W 1A and it came with F/W .205
The good news is they will take it back until 01/31/2014 with no questions asked under the Iron Egg℠ Guarantee.
