i was installing the updates on my ns4300n yesterday, and everything seemed to be going smooth until about the third firmware update. the box rebooted, but never came back up. the network light is green, but the other light is red. i can't get into it to do anything...i've tried taking it apart and reseating the battery, but that didn't do anything.
does anyone have any idea what i can do short of buying a new one? surely a firmware update wouldn't kill my little NAS, would it?
