openvpn server: asuswrt ROG Rapture GT6 3.0.0.4.388_23145
oprnvpn client: asuswrt ax-88u RT-AX88U_3004_388.4_0

Importing the configuration generated by asuswrt openvpn server cannot connect.
Testing the configuration on the windows OpenVPN GUI client is valid.
 
Look at your System Log, it will tell you what is failing.
