Parental Control - are exceptions possible?

Are exceptions in Parental Control possible?

Use case:
- i want to stop using streaming services ("Web & Apps Filters" > select clients (tablets used by kids) -> select "Streaming and Entertainment")
- however i want to keep access to my local PLEX server with local content (movies for kids / tv series for kids)

Problem that I see is that turning on PCtrl with streaming categories blocks also my local PLEX. I want to block YT or NetFlix or similar streaming platforms while allowing just this PLEX.

how to check what is blocked by Parental Control module?
where are settings of PCtrl stored?

Any tips/suggestions?

Parental Controls is a function of routing (i.e. traffic between the LAN and the internet). Therefore it should have no effect on local traffic.
