Who is your ISP? 193.213.43.1 is Telenor Norway whereas 100.5.6.2 is Verizon USA.

Are you using a VPN proxy?

Some ISPs are running out of IPv4 addresses, so are doing NAT upstream, creating a defacto double NAT scenario when it reaches you. That can kill your port forwarding.

I assume (bad thing in this thead ) that you are using a DDNS service to test your port forwarding. In which case it will not work correctly.

The solution would appear to be to contact your ISP and get them to give you a fixed IP.
