Port-forwarding to a static route

New Around Here
Hi
I have an ADSL TP-Link router operating in a bridge mode acting as a modem. It is connected to a WAN port of ASUS N66U, which is configured with a PPPoE WAN connection type. Clients are connecting to Asus wired/wirelessly.
ASUS has an IP of 192.168.1.1.
TP-Link has an IP of 192.168.10.1.

I have set a static routing in ASUS so I can connect to TP-Link modem from Asus network:
Network(Host IP): 192.168.10.1
Netmask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.1
Interface: WAN

I would like to set up a port forwarding to TP-Link so I can connect to TP-link from outside the house.
I have set up two rules, but both ports don't work:
Port range: 8081
Local IP: 192.168.10.1
Local Port: 8080 (remote administration port configured on tp-link)

Port range: 8082
Local IP: 192.168.10.1
Local Port: 80 (regular 80 port)

How should I configure this set-up to connect to TP-link from outside the house?
Many thanks.

Hi Matt,

Did you ever find a solution to this? I have a similar problem and need to port forward to an IP address on a static route (not on the router's default LAN network).

Much appreciated!
