Problem with Dual Wan Routing Rules

CapIsland

New Around Here
ASUS RT-AC86U

PRIMARY WAN: PlusNet ADSL
SECONDARY WAN: Virgin Media

ROUTING RULES:

Source IP Destination IP
WAN Unit
192.168.1.0/24 all Primary WAN
192.168.1.80 all Secondary WAN

My Raspberry PI (static 192.168.1.80) is routed through the Primary WAN. Everything else is routed through the Secondary WAN. This works when both internet connections are working.

But - if the Primary WAN goes down, the PI is switched to the Secondary WAN.

How do I prevent the PI from ever using the secondary WAN?
