Problems installing new ASUS N66U Wireless Router

Linning

I'm upgrading my wireless router from Linksys WRT54G to an ASUS N66U and I'm having problems installing it. I connected everything correctly, but I can't get passed the loading screen here: http://imageshack.us/f/841/asusrouter.png/

I tried multiple times doing it on firefox, internet explorer, and using the CD. I've left it on the loading screens for about a hour and it hasn't gone past the first page. The WRT54G works fine without any problems. I am using WISP internet from here (I have Xstream package for residential) : https://wwws.razzolink.com/

I'm following all the steps here on this youtube video, but I still can't get passed this.

You could have the bad luck to have a firmware on the router which is not working correctly. Download the latest firmware and update the firmware
with the utility from the cd which you got with the router.

What was the problem? In case someone else has the same issue.

You should inform Jeremy at Asus who is on this forum about the serial number of the router so they can trace if others have the same problem as you had.

I still couldn't get it working on firefox or internet explorer. I had to download the newest ultility from asus website and set it up with that.
