Hello all,
I hope this isn't a repeated question. I did search the forum, but didn't find the answer to my problem.
I've got a NS4300N that I've used for over a year now with NO problems. Now, however, I can't access the files with the Mac or Windows systems attached to the network. The Macs can SEE the NAS in Finder (shows up under SHARED), but when I try to connect, the connection fails. However, when I try to log in to the admin GUI in my web browser (using the SAME username/pass I used to login through Finder), the login works and I can administer the NAS. But NO file access. Even using the SmartNAVI application, the system sees the NAS, but can't get into it. I did a hard reset, still nothing even with default settings. I can SEE it, everything's green, but no access.
There were no changes to the system or network prior to this bug.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
