Proxy on specific port?

Hi there! I've been Ddosed recently and I realised that they found my IP via Skype, and I want to know, is there is a way to use a proxy on a specific port on Skype? I know that I can use PuTTy on my PC and use a tunnel, but it'd like everything to be automatic and fancy

So yeah, is there a way to do this?

By the way, I use the latest Merlin Firmware for asus AC-66U. (With SSH access and entware)
