[Q] - Script request(?) - allow Guest access to specified LAN IP?

This is mainly a result of using ABS... ABS is great for reducing ads on the network, but for all the computers on my guest wifi, things slow down because their browsers are waiting for expected ads to show up that never arrive.

Pixelserv is great for this, but the Pixelserv IP is only available to computers on the primary network. Is there a way to allow access to 192.168.x.3 from the guest wifi?
