QMusic and Asus AC87U Firewall

Ive been experience issues logging using the remotely using QMusic. There is a 1-2minute lag when trying to login to my NAS remotely.

This issue does not occur for any of the other QNAP mobile apps, only QMusic.

I've isolated it to the asus router firewall, when its disable it, there is no lag whatsoever,Ive only noticed this issue recently , past 2months max. is anyone else having a similar issue?

Temporary enable logging of dropped packets on the router's Firewall, then try to connect with QMusic. See if it tries to connect first using a port that's not open - you could then try manually forwarding it.

Perfect, thanks for your reply.

Its definitely a bug in the QNAP app, the custom ports entry within the app isn't saving properly, and the app tried to connect via several redundant ports before getting the right one.
