QOS essential?

Is setting up QOS essential?

I have two Apple TV boxes streaming HD Tv and also stream to them from a couple of iPads via airplay. The other uses are surfing (PC, phones, laptop) and email mostly with the occasional Skype call.

I have a 100mb up/down plan.

I don't want to bother with this if it's not needed.
