QoS for guest network priority?

Hey guys,

I'm about to flash this amazing firmware to the router (Asus RT-N16) at my church where we have a guest network enabled. The only deal is we would prefer to give the staff network priority over the guest network in case of heavy Sunday traffic.

I achieved this in DD-WRT through different subnets and subnet QoS priorities (but couldn't cope with the bugs I found in DD-WRT), but I don't quite know how to do this in Merlin's build - could I get some help?
