1) good model USB3 wifi adapter for a PC / Laptop to buy ?
i would buy a name brand AX (wifi6) adapter rather than a generic version. Probably either will work.

2) good model wifi repeater to use to extend wifi signal ?

Are you wanting to extend the wifi of the company tplink BSN3000X or your personal wifi EX141 ?
In either case, i would use the same brand and wifi class as the existing wifi router. Usable bandwidth will be cut in half unless both the existing wifi router and repeater have a dedicated radio linking the two or the link is made with ethernet cable.

9 meter separation should not be an issue for repeating the wifi signal unless the wall is concrete or plaster over lathe construction with no windows or open doors. In fact, i suspect that would be too much wifi, but i do not know the specific physical layout and construction.

I'd like a USB Wi-Fi adapter in this position and price to get the maximum possible Mbps.

This router is Brazil exclusive version of Archer AX50 (or similar) AX3000-class device. My advice is to get locally one of the many available TP-Link USB Wi-Fi adapters, if this is what you want. They have Archer TX20U option (AX1800-class). I don't know how much it costs in your country. The cheapest option from China is perhaps not the best and your $12 limit is too low.

If two USB 3.0 Wi-Fi adapters are positioned in the same location, they both have four antennas of the same size, but one is an AX900 Wi-Fi 6 and the other is a 1300Mbps Wi-Fi 5, will they both have the same Mbps reception?

If adapter number 2 receives and transmits to the PC at 250Mbps, will adapter number 1 also have the same reception?

2) are you asking about link sync rate (250 Mb/s) or bandwidth ?
2a) No. They are different. Depends on the radio transmitting also.

- AX900 adapter will very likely be slower than AC1300 in most cases
- two different adapters most likely won't have the same performance

In some cases, you will get higher link rates at the same location. Distance, not much if anything at constant power level.

AC1300-class (2-stream) adapter is theoretically faster than AX900-class (1-stream). No one knows which one will work better in your unique environment. If you want something more guaranteed to work well - avoid no-name adapters from Aliexpress. Good luck!

I understand in this case ac1300 is faster even though it is wifi5 I thought that the wifi6 model was faster, I have a usb adapter 1300 wifi5 chipset rtl8811cu it reaches 250mbps of internet total 600mbps

With USB Wi-Fi adapter you can reach 600Mbps throughput only in very good conditions with relatively quiet Wi-Fi environment and strong signal -52dBm or better, close to the router. At a distance and with obstacles in between - the speed will drop.

Expect about the same performance with different stability and compatibility. Cheap no-name products usually rely on generic chip drivers, more expensive ones have own driver installers and application, eventually. Some overheat and stop working, some stop working after Windows update, some fail back to USB 2.0 for unknown reasons, etc. USB Wi-Fi adapter is not the best option, more like Plan B when nothing else is available.
