I spend the weekend setting up my devices by installing the certificate from Pixelserv (ca.crt) onto my phone and PC. I now have Diversion working, and have the added bonus of accessing WebGui via https in LAN but without the security warning.

I now wonder have I lowered the security of my devices? Would it be possible that I connect to a phishing site for a bank, signed by Pixelserv cert, and still has the green padlock?

Also, what should I do with the ca.key file? It is ok to keep in on the router?

Your Pixelserv CA is unique to your router, so guard it well and you should not have any risk of wrongly trusting someone else’s Pixelserv CA cert.
