Remote Access/Control to switch VPN Client ON/OFF?

Hello Guys,

is there any way to remotely control the VPN Client Settings and switch the VPN Client from ON to OFF and the other way around?

My Goal is to connect my PS4 (or other devices) via VPN and easily turn the VPN on and off...
