I'm using version 106.0.2, access to router.asus.com works normally, even using https. Here is a rt-ac68u v3, with official asuswrt, on merlin it also works without problems.
Firefox is really complicated, that's why for access to the router I prefer to use ms edge, in it the access is very fluid, and the certificate for https works perfectly, unlike what happens with firefox, at least for me the certificate in it doesn't work .
